PLaying in a Regional Swiss some years ago, before ZT was in effect, I encountered an opponent who clearly had drunk too much at dinner. He could barely hold his cards, and as declarer on one deal just tossed them on the table, saying ‘Here, take whatever tricks you want.’ He was foul-mouthed, abusive, and made derogatory and unpleasant comments about our team-mates.

After 15 minutes of this, I left the table to report the situation to the Director in Chief, who basically told me to go away and get on with the game. From your survey above, it doesn’t seem as thoguh the ZT policy has changed things very much.
